TICKET SALES

Responsible cash-control volunteers needed to help with wristband sales as well as food and beverage ticket sales. Retail or other cash handling experience suggested.

BEVERAGE SERVICE

Alcohol or soft drink positions available. Alcohol positions require experience and LEAD, TIPS or other alcohol training certification. No experience necessary for soft drinks.

WATERSIDE

SHIP DOCENTSShip docents will assist in a variety of areas dockside the participating vessels. No experience required. Positions include:

a. Ticketing Table - distribute timed tickets to tour the vessels to guests with wristbands.

b. Marshalls - provide ship information to guests before they board. Must become familiar with the vessel history and ship details.

c. Line Managers - help manage Ship Tour lines before guests enter the marshalling area and as they board the vessel.


LIGHT SECURITY

Responsible, attentive volunteers needed to help with line control, securing off limit areas, and ticket taking. No experience necessary.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

KIDS AREA Fun-loving volunteers needed to work in our children's areas like the Pirate Academy and elsewhere. No experience necessary, but a background check will be required.

INFORMATION & ASK MEBright and energetic volunteers needed to provide festival assistance in our Village Information booths and as ASK ME trouble shooters within the Villages. No experience required.

MEDICAL EMT/Nurses and other medical related volunteers to assist in our medical tents in each Village.

ACCESSIBILITY CONSULTANTprovide ship and Festival information to persons with disabilities in the special viewing area located where ship boarding occurs. Require one ADA Coordinator for the International Village, two for the Marine Education Village and three for the Green Village. ADA Coordinator will direct and assist guests. Each ADA Coordinator must be knowledgeable about the vessels assigned to them within their Village.
